INITIAL CONSULTATION

If you’re ready to begin, send me a message to schedule a call via zoom. On this first call, we’ll look over your project, make some high-level plans, and I’ll get you a price to move forward with a project.

Initial Zoom Call

On our first meeting We’ll talk about your project and I’ll try to understand what you want to accomplish with the new facilities.

We’ll talk about what kind of work you do at your place. Some examples of the questions.

-Do you ship and receive cows? by cattle truck, or by stock trialer?

-Do you do AI or ET work at this facility?

-How much do you sort the cows before the chute? After the chute?

-Do you work cows on foot? horseback? mix of both?

I’ll be happy to answer any question you have, about your project and about my design services.

Payment:

I will give a price for the project at the end of our first call.
If you accept the proposal, I’ll send an invoice that you can pay. The terms of payment are

60% down payment to begin work

30% payment when the design is accepted and locked in.

10% final payment when the drawings are prepared and ready to deliver.

After the project is finalized, I’ll be happy to help with any questions you may have with it. I can cleraify, or add drawings to show additional information. However major revisions will be billed extra.

Alternative payment meathods are available on larger projects and international clients.
